You must be at least 21 years old to register. You agree to provide accurate information, to use a single account, and to keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for breaches of these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
3. Not financial advice
UK Trader Hub is a discussion community. Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing here should be relied upon as such. Content is shared by members expressing personal opinions and experiences. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and we do not provide regulated financial services. Trading and investing carry significant risk, including the risk of losing more than your initial capital. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Always do your own research and, where appropriate, seek advice from an FCA-regulated adviser.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you post, but by posting you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, store, and distribute that content as part of operating the Site. You are responsible for what you post and confirm that it does not infringe the rights of others or break any law. We may remove content or restrict accounts at our discretion.
